LOWER K-5

Arrival & Dismissal:
- AM Morning Drop Off: Parent/guardians drop students at Entrance to Main Courtyard. Students go to line-up spots to await teacher pickup. No parents in Main Courtyard in the morning.
- AM Private & Public Bus Students: Enter through Columbia St. Cafeteria Entrance (Exit 6). Walk hallway to Main Courtyard, go to line up spots to await teacher pick up.
- PM Dismissal: Students picked up by parent/guardian return to lineup spots in Main Courtyard
- PM Public Bus: Assemble in Rear Courtyard/Cafeteria
- PM Private Bus: Assemble in Auditorium, await pick up by Matron/Driver
MIDDLE 6-8

- ALL MG students (remote and in person) will have classes 8:30 am-2:00 pm starting April 26th

- Revised student schedules to be distributed Thursday, April 22

- Students bring devices & headphones to engage in instruction
- Advisory will be held weekly during core classes on a rotating schedule
- Students can change to remote at any time: NYCDOE Learning Preference Survey
- Grab&Go breakfast will be available to all students.
- All 6th-8th Grade students will have lunch in the main courtyard.
Arrival & Dismissal Details
- AM Arrival: 6th graders enter in Main Courtyard using the small ramp in the parking lot. 7th & 8th graders arrive through the Back Courtyard gate on Columbia St.
- AM Private & Public Bus Students: Enter through Columbia St Cafeteria Entrance, walk through Cafeteria to Rear Courtyard to join line up spots.
- PM Self Dismissed Students: 6th graders self dismiss in Main Courtyard. 7th & 8th graders exit through door on Columbia St near Cafeteria.
- PM Students meeting parents: Go to Main Courtyard
- PM Public Bus: Go to Rear Courtyard/Cafeteria
- PM Private Bus: Go to Auditorium to meet Matron/Driver
6-7th Grade Math State Test (8th Grade students will not take the Math NY State test)
- Cohort A students who opted in will take the test AT NEST+m on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 in class
- Remote students who opted in will take the Math test AT NEST+m on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 @ 2:30pm
- Cohort B students who opted in will take the test AT NEST+m on Thursday, May 6, 2021 in class

UPPER 9-12

9-12 Minimester program begins on May 3rd
- Social distancing remains 6ft for Upper Grades
- See Program details: Expanded Priority Group or continue afternoon SGI 1-2 times per week
- Students who remain in SGI will have remote live instruction 8:30-12:30 as before. Expanded Priority Group school day is 8:30-2:00pm.
- April 27th- Upper Grade Family Town Hall. See presentation.
- April 29th- Deadline to complete survey requesting to join the Expanded Priority Group Program
- May 3rd- Updated Advisory/SGI schedule goes into effect (students who recently opted in to blended learning will begin in-person afternoon Advisory/SGI this week)
- May 7th - Orientation for UG Expanded Priority Group Program at 1:30pm for students and parents/guardians.
- May 10th- expanded priority group program begins
- Grab& Go Breakfast and Lunch will be available to all students.
Arrival & Dismissal
AM: Students enter Main Entrance to school, go up the ramp, check health screening at the top of the ramp then go directly to class.
PM: Students exit at Main Entrance to school.
BUS TRANSPORTATION
Our Transportation Secretary, Marcy Duran, has already coordinated Public Yellow Bus Service for eligible students.
Parent-organized private bus routes are being coordinated by volunteers listed below. Contact coordinators directly for details.

Please have your Health Screening completed EVERY morning: Health Screening Questionnaire and show results on a phone or on a paper printout.

ALL students must have COVID testing consent BEFORE entering the building.
Log into NYC Schools account, go to Manage Account >Consent.
Fill out the Tech Support Form if you need a code to set up an account. -
Your temperature will be checked by your teacher before entering the building.

Students must follow all social distancing guidelines: K-5 at 3ft and 6-12 at 6ft
